Demurrage & Claims
New configuration flag has been added, this takes effect only when existing configuration flag CFGUseCargoCounterpartyInTimeBarTask is disabled.
Flag: CFGAddPerVoyagePayableVcovReltTimeBarTask
Description: When enabled, a single AP demurrage timebar task will be generated in RELT or VCOV voyages for the VC In Owner. It will be generated regardless of whether a voyage is Outcharter or not.

New configuration flag CFGTransferredOnlyWhenPosted has been introduced.
When enabled, the Allowance Invoice will not move to ‘Transferred’ status until the Allowance Transfer journal has been posted.
When the new flag is enabled, the status on the Emission Allowance Invoice will remain ‘Posted’ until the linked Emission Allowance Transfer journal is posted.
When the Emission Allowance Transfer journal is posted, then the status on the Emission Allowance Invoice will move from ‘Posted’ to either ‘Partially Transferred’ or ‘Transferred’ depending on the quantity that is transferred.

This code adds an additional leg to the Carbon Calculator itinerary grid under these three conditions:
- the environment is upgraded to latest schema (45.8)
- the portcall is the last one on the voyage/estimate
- the portcall has a Last Line Port Activity
In that case, this additional leg is considered sea (not port) consumption. Functionality works in conjunction with existing behavior that splits itinerary lines which cross years.

Previously, importing a demurrage/despatch invoice through the VIP interface (autoinv program) would result in an unexpected error. This has been fixed. Users can now import demurrage/despatch invoice for the sole purpose of either approving or posting the existing invoice in the VIP.
Also, validation has been added to autoinv program to prevent importing invalid invoices (if corresponding laytime calculations do not exist in VIP).
