IMOS - Restarting the Messaging Service

For clients who have purchased the Messaging Service, the full Messaging Service Manual is available on request.

You may encounter situations whereby the Messaging Service needs to be restarted. You can do this from the Messaging Service Configuration form in the Data Center:

  1. On the General Configuration tab, clear the Enabled check box.

  2. Save the form.

  3. Click Apply to Service.

  4. Enable the Messaging Service again:

    1. Select the Enabled check box.

    2. Save the form.

    3. Click Apply to Service.
