Configuration flag CFGAccountGroups enables the Account Groups form. To use CFGAccountGroups, Accruals by Account must be enabled.
On the Financials menu , under Setup, click Account Groups.
Account Group fields are added to the following forms:
- Account Groups can be used in the Chart of Accounts for each account. To save the Chart of Accounts, every account must have an Account Group.
- Once Account Groups have been set up, Monthly Accruals must be run based on Account Groups.
- The Account Analysis report can be run for an Account Group.
