You can set up email forwarding as a contingency measure for Microsoft API service interruptions.
Shipfix Side
In order to use it on Microsoft side, for each mailboxes, you need to get:

Microsoft Side
Create a Mail Contact for the Shipfix Address
Before configuring forwarding, you need to create a mail contact in Exchange Online for the Shipfix virtual mailbox address. This allows Exchange to recognize the Shipfix address as a valid forwarding target.

In the Exchange Admin Center, go to Recipients > Contacts

Click Add a mail contact

Fill in the required information: enter the Shipfix forwarding address as the External email address

Add the forward header

Click Next, then Next again, and click Create to create the contact
Enable Forwarding on the Mailbox

In the Exchange Admin Center, go to Recipients > Mailboxes

Search for and click on the mailbox you want to configure forwarding for

In the mailbox details panel, under Mailbox > Email forwarding, click Manage email forwarding

Toggle Forward all emails sent to this mailbox to ON

In the Forwarding address field, search for and select the mail contact you created in the previous step

Check the box for Deliver message to both forwarding address and mailbox to keep a copy of the forwarded email in the original mailbox

Click Save
N.b. If your Exchange Online doesn't allow external forwarding, you need to go to the Anti-Spam Security Portal and set Automatic Forwarding Rules to "On".
