How can I search or browse the Ships Directory?

100+ different search filters to browse more than 230,000 commercial ships

Shipfix features almost 230,000 commercial vessels in its proprietary Ships Directory.

To browse Shipfix Ships Directory use "Search Menu" on the top right corner of your screen, narrow your search with 100+ filters.

Shipfix users can either browse the database by playing with our numerous filters or perform a search simply by typing into the search bar. Our search tool is lightning fast and the best matching results will appear progressively as you start typing!

Our ships filters are classified into several categories, scroll down to see all filters: 

  • AIS: status, destination, speed, draft

  • Identification: name, type, size, IMO/MMSI, flag, build year, country, owner/manager/operator

  • Dimensions & Design: DWT, GT, draft, LOA/LPP/Beam, Classification society, 

  • Hold & Hatches: number, length and specification of holds & hatches 

  • Crane & Grabs: number, capacity, outreach of cranes & grabs 

  • Engine & Consumption: characteristics on engines/propeller, thrusters and speed& power 

  • Other: CO2 fitted, A60 steel fitted, Suez Panama fitted, scrubber fitted among others
