I can't see the maps or the maps don't display properly

This is usually because WebGL is not enabled on your browser

WebGL is a web browser technology that allows you to create 3D content on the web. This is enabled by default on modern browsers and is required to display our maps.

To find out if WebGL is enabled in your browser, go to http://get.webgl.org/.

If Web GL is enabled and you still can't see the maps please contact our team for dedicated support

If however you need to Enable WebGL on your browser:

Chrome: type "about:flags" in the address bar, then search for WebGL and activate the option.

Firefox: type "about:config" in the address bar then search for "webgl.force-enabled" and change the value to "true". Search "webgl.disabled" if the value exists and change the value to "false".

Safari: Open the "Safari" menu and select "Preferences". Click on the "Advanced" tab. Check the field "Display the Developer menu in the menu bar". Open the "Developer" menu and click on "Activate WebGL".

If you are working from a virtual environment (e.g: Citrix) and the instructions above yield no result, please contact our team as well

Please note that we strongly advise you to use Google Chrome as a web browser for security and performance reasons.
