VMS - Why doesn't actualizing the delivery/redelivery leg’s arrival and departure actualize the TC Fixture’s delivery/redelivery details?

The actualizing of the delivery/redelivery leg does not actualize the TC Fixture delivery/redelivery details. You need to enter the TC Fixture to actualize them by clicking the lock.
