This is a common error found in the Agent Portal workspace. This error is often caused by the Messaging Service being offline or experiencing issues for a specific client.

This issue can be commonly resolved by:

  • On-Premise and IMOSlive clients restarting their Messaging Service

  • Veson IMOS Platform clients reaching out to Veson Support via the Help Center to have a member of the Technical Solutions team restart the client’s Messaging Service
