CFGEnableExtraFrtRateScaleTable

Requires CFGEnableExtraFrtRateScaleTable to be enabled

In the Cargo Contract's Extra Freight Terms grid, when a scale table value is populated, then the right-click dropdown menu will display two new values:

1. Choose Scale Table - When selected the scale table selector modal will pop up where the user can choose the specific scale table associated with this line item (NOTE: This is what is currently linked to Edit Scale table)

2. Edit Scale Table - When selected the Rate Table definition for the selected scale table will open and the user can edit the specific scale table.

   1. If the user does not have security permission to edit the Rate Tables then a warning will trigger letting them know that they don’t have permissions (same warning as elsewhere in the system)

In the COA Contract's Extra Freight Terms grid, when a scale table value is populated, then the right-click dropdown menu will display two new values:

When the Edit Scale Table option is selected, the user can also create a New Scale table by clicking the '+' icon
