How can I retrieve the VesID of a standard port?

 You can retrieve the VesID of a standard port via 2 methods:

1. Navigate to https://www.veslink.com/distances/distancerouteservice.asmx > GetPortByName, and retrieve the Veson ID of the port via API:
   

   

   
   

2. Build a Report Designer report in the Analytics module that includes the Ports data table; the respective VesID of each port can be found under the Veson ID column.
