How do I add a new Standard Port to the Port list and Distances?

Clients will need to submit a case to Veson Nautical Support through the Help Center with the below information when requesting to add a new port:

Port Country:
Latitude:
Longitude:
GMT Offset:

UN Code:
Scrubbers Allowed: Open, Closed, Not Allowed

• Open: Scrubber discharges wash water into the sea

• Closed: Scrubber stores wash water onboard for later disposal

• Not Allowed: Scrubber use (open or closed) is prohibited in that area

Please submit the LAT/LONG in degree-minute-second format instead of decimal format.

Correct: 

Latitude: 25 8' 24" S
Longitude: 42 56' 35" W

Incorrect: 

Latitude: -45.2435

Longitude: 75.12345 

For US and Canadian new port requests, please provide the relevant State or Province respectively.
