How to Enter Two Linked Cargos for the same Trade Period?
The default functionality for the Veson IMOS Platform is to only accept a single Linked Cargo for a trade period. This will show when attempting to enter another linked trade, the same period as the first linked trade is not available.
To allow the second Linked Trade to have the same period, we will want to enable CFGLinkPaperTradeQty -
Link Trades on a Quantity Basis Instead of Just a Period Basis | When enabled, paper trades can be linked to physical trades on a quantity basis within a period, providing a more granular level of linking and allowing for one paper trade to be linked across multiple physical contracts within the same period. |
This will allow for functionality to split the quantity between the two Linked Trades.
