Is there a security right that prevents users from creating new vessels?

I am afraid that we do not currently have an access right that prevents users from creating new vessels, however still allowing the user to edit the details of existing vessels. The access rights for the vessel cards can be controlled using the ‘Vessel’ and ‘Vessel List’ options under Data Center > Quick Links, however this will only provide you with the standard rights options and not the option to prevent vessels from being created. There are a number of steps and menu’s users have to go through to create a new vessel, which will assist in preventing a vessel being created in error. If you feel that this is a feature that would greatly improve your use of the system, I would invite you to add this suggestion to our Feature board for voting from the Veson community.
