On a TC In, how can I add a Broker at a different "From GMT", while keeping the first Broker?

In order to add a Broker that starts at a separate "From GMT" from the first/original Broker, you must add the new broker twice.

First insert new row with the new broker, the rate set to 0, and input the wanted From GMT in the To GMT:

Next insert another row, with the same broker, and the wanted rate, and now the wanted From GMT should populate:

You will now be able to have another Broker start at a preferred "From GMT“.
