Veslink Onboard - User Master.Smith is external only and may not log on interactively.

This error is a result of validation that happens for users set up with External Access Only when signing into IMOS. External users do not count against a total of the Veson IMOS Platform license limit.

To avoid signing in with this error, follow the steps below:

• user is ticked with External Access Only in the Profile settings.

• user has access to a specific vessel in Object Rights.

• user has access to Operations > General Module/Center and Operations > Actions > Onboard.

• after making changes to the user profile, refresh the database by pressing "Bulk Import“ in the Replication functionality.
