What causes the "invalid culture identifier" error in downloading the Trade Details List?

The invalid culture identifier is caused by a Region setting from Windows machines, it is not caused by the Veson IMOS Platform itself. Clients appear to receive this issue when the Region settings is set to automatic or general locations (English - World or English - Europe). When setting the region to a specific area though (United Kingdom), the error went away.
