The invalid culture identifier is caused by a Region setting from Windows machines, it is not caused by IMOS itself. Clients appear to receive this issue when the Region settings is set to automatic or general locations (English - World or English - Europe). When setting the region to a specific area though (United Kingdom), the error went away.
