What does the message "Would you like to break the link and proceed with loading the invoice" mean?

The below error message means the operations invoice corresponding to the financial invoice you're trying to load has been deleted. That should, of course, be blocked, so it would be good to review audit trail for actions pertaining to both the operations invoice and financial invoice to try and figure out how that happened.
