Why am I receiving voyage reports from a vessel my company hasn't operated in while?
Occasionally organizations report that they have received a voyage report for a vessel that they used to operate on TC months ago, so why are they receiving current voyage reports?
This is caused by the vessel master using old Veslink Forms mapped to your organization from when the vessel was operated by your company. If this happens be sure the vessel in question has been deactivated in your Data Center and is not active for Veslink. Additionally ensure the vessel has been removed from all active Veslink Form Groups.
