Why are payments for previously posted transactions missing from the database?
It is possible for autopay to delete existing payments, which is allowed so clients managing payments with an external system aren't blocked or hindered by IMOS’s/VIP’s internal validation.
If there are any issues with payments inexplicably or incorrectly disappearing, the Interface Message List would need to be reviewed to see if autopay is responsible for the changes, as the Audit Trail reporting may not possess all of the necessary information, and filtering Audit Trail by voyage is almost certainly not going to contain the expected information, as payments are not by vessel/voyage.
