Why does the data in a report or list not match what is found in the Voyage?

Mismatched data between the Voyage, lists, and custom or built-in reports is a result of the voyage data not being recently and routinely saved. The act of saving the voyage and other components (port activities, activity reports, cargo handling, etc.) locks the new values in place in the Voyage P&L and updates the rest of the system with the new and most accurate data for use when running reports.
