Why is the Demurrage/Despatch missing in the Estimate PnL?

Demurrage or Despatch requires two fields to be populated before the system can calculate the amount and show it in the estimate PnL. The two things are the rates per day and the number of Demurrage/Despatch days. These two are entered inside the port itinerary details as shown below.

When entered correctly, the estimate PnL will show the Demurrage or Despatch row.
