Why is there no voyage number in Time Charter Commission Payment line item?

You may encounter a situation whereby the voyage number is not reflected on the Time Charter Commission Payment screen when creating a commission invoice.

One of the possible reasons is because you may already have an Incremental Hire invoice raised ahead of the hire commission. In such cases, the voyage number will not be displayed in the Time Charter Commission Payment line item.

If you would like for the voyage number to be displayed,

  1. You will first have to delete the Incremental Hire invoice,

  2. Raise the commission invoice,

  3. Then raise the Incremental Hire invoice at the end of the Time Charter period.
