You can email an individual attachment or multiple attachments directly from the system.
Locate the certificate/document attachment you want to email and select the checkbox. Click on Email in the yellow toolbar.
This will create an email with the attachment.
Click on the Actions Menu → Email Documents.
Select the Vessel, and the system will show you which attachments are available for that Vessel.
Check off the attachments and click Attach. You have the ability to search via your own computer by clicking Add New Document.
Once you click Attach, an email will be generated with the files.
There is a 4MB limit of files that can be attached.
