Changing your Connected Mailbox password and its Impact on Shipfix

If you change the password associated with your mailbox connected to your Shipfix account, this may prevent the mailbox from sending or receiving emails through Shipfix.

To resolve this issue, you will need to reconnect your mailbox with the new password. Please follow the steps in the article, How do I add/ connect a mailbox to Shipfix? to reconnect your mailbox using the new password. This will overwrite or update the existing mailbox settings.

Once completed, your mailbox will function as expected.
