How can I set someone as a System Administrator if our previous user with such permissions is no longer employed at the company?

It is always best practice to have at least two (2) users assigned with System Administrator permissions in the events of:

• An emergency

• One user is out of office

• One user leaves the company

In the event that the lone System Administrator is no longer with the company and nobody else has permissions to designate another user as a new System Administrator, please reach out to Veson Nautical Support through the Veson Nautical Help Center. A member of our support teams will be able to adjust these permissions for you through impersonation of the 'admin' account in your database.
