Certain fields in the IMOS or the Veson IMOS Platform database (in Cargo contracts, Voyages, Estimates, Time Charter Contracts, etc.) may not be available in the Data Map in the Analytics module. To correct this, do one or both of the following:

  • Make sure your installation is up to date. Log in to the Client Center, navigate to the Files tab, and then search for the latest available version for your company. Upgrade your test environment and browse through the Data Map to locate the required field.

  • If you are operating on the latest version and the required fields still do not appear in the Data Map, submit a case to have the field added via the Veson Nautical Help Center.
