In order to delete a port from a Completed voyage, you will need to set the voyage status back to "Commenced.“ If it is a consecutive voyage, the current voyage status will need to be set to "Scheduled.“
Can I change the existing port on a Completed voyage?
Yes, it is possible to modify the port name directly on a voyage with a "Completed" status without reverting the voyage status. This functionality is intentional by system design and allows users to correct any port entry errors even after the voyage has been completed.
Once the port name is updated, a confirmation prompt will appear. Select Yes to proceed. The system will automatically update the port name across all associated records, including invoices, port activities, and activity reports.
