Problem

Your Veson IMOS Platform (IMOS) session disconnected or timed out, and you were not able to save.

*If this continues frequently, we recommend navigating to your Privacy & Security Chrome browser settings to clear cookies and cache, as this may help system performance.

Solution

In most scenarios, the Veson IMOS Platform autosaves your work when you navigate between workspaces.

For security reasons, if the Veson IMOS Platform detects that you have been inactive for 90 minutes, a notification prompts you to refresh your browser without allowing you to save. Refreshing will cause minor data loss of unsaved data in the open workspace.

To mitigate this risk, save your work frequently. You can use the keyboard shortcut Ctrl + S.
