Unable to complete a voyage due to an error message "Activity reports have been entered after port departure at the last port"

When a voyage is scheduled to be marked as "Completed," it is crucial that the final activity report is either a "T" (Terminating) or a "D" (Departure) type form. If the final activity report does not fall into either of these categories, an error message will be displayed, as shown in the screenshot above.

To resolve this issue, the user should navigate to the last departure port and delete any activity report that is not of type "T" or "D." This ensures that only the appropriate terminating or departure activities are recorded, allowing the voyage to be successfully marked as "Completed."
