There are two potential causes that can lead to this error appearing when attempting to save a voyage:

The counterparty specified on the cargo contract does not match up with an address book entry

The cargo type specified on the cargo contract does not match up with a "Cargo" in the data center
If you run into this message when attempting to save a voyage, it is worth double checking the Counterparty that has been entered as well the Cargo to ensure that they still exist and are valid entries.
