Why can't the port agent see the Forms link, such as Port Disbursements and Statement of Facts, in Veslink?

A port agent may inform you that they are unable to see the forms link for Port Disbursements or Statement of Facts in the Agent Portal. This may be due to the Default Form Sharing not being enabled for the nominated agent.

You can enable Form Sharing in either Veslink or the Veson IMOS Platform, see the below steps.

In Veslink,

  1. Login to Veslink and go to the Network tab.

  2. Click Edit Sharing to Others.

  3. Enter the specific Vessel, Voyage Number, and Partner Agent.

  4. Select the Port Call Info checkbox.

  5. Select the forms you wish to share with the agent.

  6. Click Save.

In the Veson IMOS Platform,

  1. Go to Network > Sharing > Grid View icon > Voyage Specific Sharing.

  2. Enter the specific Vessel, Voyage Number, and Partner Agent.

  3. Select the Port Call Info checkbox.

  4. Select the forms you wish to share with the agent.

  5. Click Save.

Once the above steps are done, the port agent will be able to see the following form links.
