Why is Cargo deleted when removed from a voyage itinerary?

If a cargo contract is created in Voyage Manager (or Voyage Fixture), the default system behavior is to delete those cargoes from the system when they’re removed from the voyage.

CFGPreserveGeneratedCargoes controls this behavior. If users want to preserve any freight contracts created in Voyage Manager, they should enable this flag (and refresh their session to ensure the updated setting is applied before testing again).
