Q88 - Creating Package(s)
Packages are groups of attachments that can be sent together, allowing you to avoid searching through a list and selecting each one individually. Packages are useful when working with specific Charterers who request the same documents each time.
Add Packages
Go to the Actions Menu → Select Packages.

Click on the plus sign on the top right corner of the page to add a package.
You will first need to name the Package → select if the package is for all users under the account or only your own username → and then check off the attachments that you want in the package → click Save:

Editing/Deleting Current Package
To edit a Package, select the Edit pencil icon next to a created package → make your changes → click the Save or Delete buttons:

Emailing a Package
To email a Package, click on the Actions Menu → Email Documents.

Select the Fleet and Vessel → Select the attachment → Click on the Attach button:

Remove the attached file → click on add package → select the fleet and vessel name → select the Package(s) → click on the Attach button.
