How to send Bulk Offline Questionnaires

If you need to request from more than one vessel to complete a particular questionnaire, you can use the option Bulk Offline Questionnaires:

Select the type of Questionnaire and Fleet to narrow down the search. Or select the specific questionnaire, either by expanding the dropdown or by typing the name in the relevant text box.

At the next step, select the specific vessel you want to send the request to and the system will enter the vessels email address automatically.
1. Note: The Email Address field can be amended by clicking on it.

If you need to edit the template body text of the email along with the offline forms, click Edit Template and amend accordingly.
