Q88 Onboard - Scheduled Reports Certificates/Documents

The Certificates & Docs module will generate a weekly email notification that lists all the certificates which are due for renewal. You can also schedule a report of any view (system or user-created) to be emailed to you.

Schedule Reports

  1. To view Scheduled Reports, go to the Actions Menu → Scheduled Reports.

  1. Click the Add New plus sign → select the report from the dropdown:

  1. Once the Report Schedule screen appears, you can select the Fleet or ALL vessels → enter the recipient email address(es) → select the Frequency & Time to have the reports emailed to you → choose the format that you would like the reports (Text or Attachment) → Save:
