The Certificates & Docs module will generate a weekly email notification that lists all the certificates which are due for renewal. You can also schedule a report of any view (system or user-created) to be emailed to you.
To view Scheduled Reports, go to the Actions Menu → Scheduled Reports.
Click the Add New plus sign and then select the report from the dropdown
You can select the Fleet or ALL vessels, enter the recipient email address(es), select the Frequency & Time to have the reports emailed to you, and choose the format that you would like the reports (Text or Attachment):
