IMOS - Barging - Operations Workflow

After the voyage is scheduled, the Operator does the following:

1. Manages the voyage, recording the following information on the Activity Log:

   • Port Activities

   • Movement of equipment in and out of the voyage

   • Equipment delivery and redelivery

   • Rate differentials

   • Delays

   • Cargo Bill of Lading updates

   • Barge fuel consumption

   • Cargo heating information

2. Creates equipment contract payments and bills.

Note: The Voyage Manager has some differences related to Barging.
