IMOS - Forms and Vessels

In the Forms and Vessels workspace, you can manage vessels, forms, and form groups.

On the Operations menu , under Setup, click Define & Send Forms.

You can do any of the following:

• Vessels: Assign vessels to Form Groups.

• Forms:

  • Create and manage forms and Form Groups.

  • Distribute forms to vessels.

  • Design forms and Voyage Instructions templates using elements from the Forms Data Dictionary.
