Voyage Reporting standardizes voyage communications to help you collect and analyze current positions and other critical voyage data.
Setup
The following workspaces enable you to set up Voyage Reporting:

Voyage Reporting System Configuration: Configure general settings, email settings for forms, third-party interfaces, and the Agent Portal, and import custom reports.

Voyage Reporting Security: Manage users and groups.

Forms and Vessels: Manage forms and form groups, and distribute forms to vessels.
Core Workspaces
Voyage Reporting is made up of the following workspaces:

Forms: Manage forms that require attention.

Fleet Map: View vessel positions on the map; access reports and port call information from their voyages.

Onboard: Enable vessel masters to view the latest voyage information and communicate with a shoreside office.
Additional Functionality
Agents can use the Agent Portal to view and submit forms for port calls that have been shared with them and to manage a network of partner relationships with other companies.
The APIs module provides a standard set of web services that allow external systems to interface with the Veson IMOS Platform to retrieve information and submit Voyage Reporting form XML.
