The property field in Delay Reasons is used only for reporting purposes. It does not have any impact on the Voyage P&L or to an Estimate. Changing the property field to Planned Maintenance will enable the off-hire to be reported as Planned Maintenance in the On/Off Hire Summary, which is one of the Operations Performance Reports.
