If you are prompted to Enter Power BI Credentials when previously Dashboards loaded as expected, your Microsoft Power BI account password may have expired due to security policy.
To resolve this issue, you need to access the Microsoft Power BI desktop using the credentials (Email and Password) used in the integration (IMOS - Data Center) and not your personal ones. If the password has indeed expired you will be asked to change your password by a pop-up message. After doing so, you must update your Power BI credentials in the Veson IMOS Platform (IMOS):
Please download the desktop version from this link: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=58494 and then try to log in to the Microsoft Power BI desktop. If the credentials have expired, you will be prompted to change the password.
After resetting your password, you will need to enter the new credentials in the Veson IMOS Platform. In the Data Center, open the Settings workspace.
If the Configuration Flag List appears, click the grid button to open Settings.
In the ANALYTICS section, enter your Power BI Username and new Password.
