Why can't I see my company's test site?


A Veson IMOS Platform (IMOS) user, set up with Single Sign-On (SSO), signs in to a production environment first to access test. The test environment is not accessible from the My Profile panel.


The following are the most common reasons that a test site does not appear for a user:

  • The user is not created in the test environment. Ask your company’s Security Administrator to add the user to the test environment.

  • There are typos in the user name (e.g., JSmith and J.Smith). User names must be identical in both environments.

  • The user’s email address in one or both environments has unnecessary spaces (e.g., as a result of pasting from a spreadsheet: ).
