Why can't I see my company's test site?
Problem
A Veson IMOS Platform (IMOS) user, set up with Single Sign-On (SSO), signs in to a production environment first to access test. The test environment is not accessible from the My Profile panel.
Resolution
The following are the most common reasons that a test site does not appear for a user:
The user is not created in the test environment. Ask your company’s Security Administrator to add the user to the test environment.
There are typos in the user name (e.g., JSmith and J.Smith). User names must be identical in both environments.
The user’s email address in one or both environments has unnecessary spaces (e.g., as a result of pasting from a spreadsheet: jsmith@company.com ).
