Why doesn't IMOS recognize bunker received quantity from Veslink Form?

The Veson IMOS Platform does not recognize received bunker quantities for At Sea Noon Reports and custom Arrival forms, which have the Received quantity column included.

Only In Port Noon Reports and Departure Reports (which are Special (S) and Departure (D) Activity Report types, respectively) will record received bunkers and reflect them as Bunker Liftings in the Veson IMOS Platform.
