It is possible to include a second Ops Coordinator in the Voyage Manager.
To do so, you will need to enable the Configuration Flag, CFGEnableVoyageRoles.
After enabling the above Configuration Flag, go to Voyage Manager > Properties and the Ops Coord 2 field becomes available for input.
