Record $0/MT for TC off Hire Bunkers

IMOS does not allow inputting 0/MT for Bunkers as the system will consider a bunker price of $0 as "missing" and fall back to a default price. This is expected behavior to protect users from accidentally omitting a costly expense from the P&L, as the bunker price is much higher than $0 in most cases. So even if a client inputs a $0 price, the system will fall back to the last updated nonzero price and the lowest price that IMOS would allow would be 0.01.

The only way to “force” the system to accept the $0/MT price for off hire bunkers is by doing the below:

  • 1st line of off-hire to account for time only, OV% and TC% both to be at 100%.

  •  2nd line of off-hire to account for bunkers only OV at 0%, TC% at 0%.
