New Chinese and Taiwanese ECA Zone regulations take effect on January 1, 2019:

The new regulation will require vessels to burn marine fuels with a maximum of 0.5% sulphur content within these ECA zones.

ECA - China will now cover the earlier ECA - YANGTZE RIVER DELTA 1OCT and ECA - YANGTZE RIVER DELTA zones.
To set up these zones in the Veson IMOS Platform:

In the Data Center, open the Fuel Zones form:
Set up the consumption as you see fit: Select a consumption rate to use, which can either be the HFO or the LSF/LSM consumption data from the Vessel form Consumption tab.

Create an Estimate that includes ports from each zone:

Confirm the bunker calculations on the Bunker Planning form:
