IMOS - Pricing Template List

The Veson IMOS Platform is the market-leading cloud solution for commercial marine freight and fleet management.

Note: You must have the Pricing Template List Module Right selected, under Charter Party Terms in the Data Center.

With Pricing Templates, you can specify default sets of Pricing Rules for common contract structures, for use in Advanced Pricing. When you select the Advanced check box on a contract, if any Pricing Templates exist, and there are no existing Rules, you are prompted to choose a template.

After a Pricing Template is applied to a contract, changes to the template will not update the contract, and changes to the contract will not update the template.

On the Pricing Template List, you can create, edit, copy, and delete Pricing Templates.

Creating a Pricing Template

1. On the Data Center menu 

   

   , under Charter Party Terms, click Pricing Template List.
2. On the Pricing Template List, click

   As with any other details view, you can navigate to a different record by clicking its card or return to the list by clicking its Name.
3. Enter a Template Name and a Template Description.
4. Add Rules.
5. Save the template.
