VMS FAQ - Unable to Create Estimate
On occasion there may be a situations where the company cannot create estimates, and all users in the company will see the error below.

If the client is experiencing this upon clicking ‘New Estimate’ or ‘Estimate’, please go into the vessel register to check whether there is a default vessel selected.

While in the vessel register enable the column ‘Default’

The ‘Default’ column will display Yes and No results, all vessels may show No. Select a vessel to mark as a default.
Note: The default vessel can be changed by the client with the Subscription Manager permission.
