Collaborative Tools - Tags

Shipfix allows tagging of Emails, Orders, Tonnage, and Fixtures which enables you to set up workflows and quickly build custom lists.

Note: Tags in Mail, Orders, Tonnage and Fixtures operate independently and are not shared between the features.

There are 10 different categories of tags, of which all are public shared tags except Private tags. Shared tags are viewable by all users in the organisation and can be freely accessed or utilised by anyone.

Shared Tag
Shared tags are user-created tags that are visible to all users who have access to it. It serves to categorise emails for quick lookups.

Job Tag
Job tags are used for grouping voyage-related emails. It relies on Shipfix AI technology to drive the auto-tagging of emails to their respective voyages which saves Operators time to file them manually.

Folder Tag
Folder tags are generated when a user creates a folder in Shipfix. Folders in Shipfix are virtual and not physical folders.
