While working in the Veson IMOS Platform (IMOS), you can access help content in the following ways.
Help Buttons
In the lower-left corner of the quick links menu, select the chat icon 💬 to open the Veson Nautical Help Bot:
You can ask questions and get quick article summaries directly within the Veson IMOS Platform.
If you need further Product support, you can then submit a ticket to Veson Nautical.
Field Help
To see a definition for a field, hover over it. The definition appears.
Announcements
Periodically, Veson Nautical will publish announcements in the Veson IMOS Platform. After reading an announcement, click Close to hide it.
Help Center
You can search the Knowledge Base and submit support tickets via the Veson Nautical Help Center.
